Designline Knifeless Cutting Tape – Vinyl Wrap Finish Line Tape

Create clean, precise vinyl cut lines without placing a knife blade directly against the vehicle surface. Designline Knifeless Cutting Tape is a professional vinyl wrap installation tool designed for vehicle wrapping, graphics, striping and custom vinyl applications.

The translucent green tape contains a fine cutting filament. Position the tape along the required cut line before applying the vinyl, lay the vinyl over the tape, then pull the filament through the film to create a controlled finish line. This makes it ideal for curves, body lines, stripes, colour changes and detailed wrap work where cutting directly on paint is undesirable.

How to Use

1. Clean and prepare the installation surface.
2. Apply the knifeless tape where the finished vinyl edge is required.
3. Install the vinyl film over the tape and squeegee as normal.
4. Expose the cutting filament at the starting point and pull it smoothly through the vinyl.
5. Remove the excess vinyl, then remove the remaining tape carrier for a clean finished edge.
