What information do you need to prepare a new block plan?
We generally need the relevant architectural, hydraulic, fire-services or emergency drawings, together with the property address and any project-specific requirements.
Clear PDFs are preferred, but we can also assess marked-up drawings, existing plans, photographs and other available documentation.
Can you create a block plan from an existing PDF drawing?
Yes. We can use suitable PDF drawings as the basis for a new hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm, zone or evacuation plan.
The quality and completeness of the supplied information can affect the amount of design work required.
Can you restore a faded or damaged fire block plan?
Yes. We can professionally redraw many faded, damaged or difficult-to-read plans from a clear photograph, scan, PDF or existing artwork.

Available finishes may include white Alupanel, brushed aluminium and engraved Traffolyte, depending on the plan type and project requirements.

Can you prepare plans for several levels or buildings?
