Custom engraved labels and plaques for apartment and unit numbers, room names, office doors, equipment identification, switchboards and electrical panels. Made from stocked 1.6 mm two-ply engraving plastic, with your wording engraved through the surface to reveal the contrasting text colour.
Apartment numbers, room signs and logo plaques
Choose gold or silver finishes with black engraving for apartment numbers and room identification, or select from our contrasting colour range for your project. Standard rectangular numbers and text-only labels can be ordered using the packs below, within the listed size limits.
Need a business logo or custom artwork? Request a quote and send your artwork, dimensions, colour, backing and quantity. Logo engraving and special layouts are priced separately and are not included in standard text-only pack prices.
Product images illustrate possible uses and finishes; they are not a pre-packed assortment. Gold and silver finishes are engraving plastic, not solid metal.
Choose your size and pack
- Small: up to 60 × 20 mm. Packs of 10, 25, 50 or 100 labels.
- Medium: up to 100 × 50 mm. Packs of 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 labels.
- Large: up to 100 × 100 mm. Packs of 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 labels.
- Larger sizes, 250+ labels or mixed-size schedules: request a batch quote.
Specify your exact dimensions within the selected size range. Each pack uses one size, colour and backing. You can use the same wording on every label or supply different wording within the pack. Add a separate pack for each additional size, colour or backing.
Stocked colours and finishes
Colour names show the background first and engraved text second. For example, White / Black means a white label with black engraved text.
Our 1.6 mm range includes White / Black, Black / White, Red / White, White / Red, Yellow / Black, Blue / White, Bright green / White, Brown / White, Pink / White, Light blue / White and Orange / White, plus brushed and matte silver and gold with black text, brushed blue and copper with black text, and two wood-grain finishes with white text.
Brushed black / Pearly gold is quoted separately. Metallic and wood-grain finishes are engraving plastic. On-screen swatches are indicative; actual colour and texture may vary.
Backing and wording
Choose 3M adhesive or no adhesive backing. Supply the exact wording, including capitalisation and line breaks, or attach a label schedule. For different wording, include the quantity for each wording; the total must match your pack quantity.
Standard online packs cover rectangular, text-only labels. For holes, logos, symbols, unusual shapes or special layouts, request a quote with your requirements.
Other colour or thickness?
Tell us the background colour, engraved text colour, thickness, dimensions and quantity you need. Other colours and thicknesses require a separate quote; standard pack prices do not apply. We will confirm availability, price and lead time before you order.
