Danger Signs are classified under Hazard signs by the Australian Standard 1319. These are signs warning of a particular hazard or hazardous condition that is likely to be life-threatening.

The word 'Danger' is usually incorporated with a white symbol on a red oval inside. DANGER signs have words only and messages which can only
be classified as warnings of hazards (see Clause 2.3.4).
